After being awarded Chef of the Year 2024, MichaelAndersson has now opened his new restaurant, Sperling & Co. Here, classicEuropean grill traditions meet modern cuisine. With the grill as its soul andprime cuts at the center, dishes are prepared over open flames – ranging fromwell-known classics to more unusual cuts that spark curiosity.

Haglund is proudto have contributed to the restaurant’s environment by supplying refrigeratedcounters for the kitchen, refrigerated bar counters  for the bars, and impressive meat displaysstretching across an entire wall.

The kitchen isalso equipped with our BRIS freezers, whose sleek new design fits perfectlyinto the open kitchen.
