Dersch, short for Der Schnitzel, aims to create theworld's best schnitzel. The restaurant is founded by Roy Nader, known from Sveriges Mästerkock, together with Ninos and Richard – the duo behind BAP -burgers & pastrami.

On Roy's YouTube channel, he has documented the journey leading up to Dersch's grand opening, Dreaming of a Restaurant in Stockholm. In episode five, Roy visits Haglunds to help finalize his custom-built wine displays.These elegantly brass-clad wine display, equipped with Buster & Punch handles, are designed for wall mounting – one of them tastefully placed between two pillars.
