The chef duo Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman have opened their new fine‑dining restaurant on Regeringsgatan.
We at Haglund are once again incredibly proud to deliver our refrigerators and freezers to their fantastic new restaurant.
The setting is truly stunning — elegance in every detail. In the passage between the entrance and the dining room, guests are greeted by three polished ELEGANT wine display, perfectly integrated into the refined interior.
Looking down one floor to the preparation kitchen, a grand ELEGANT meat and fish refrigerator stands prominently — the first thing that catches your eye as you enter the kitchen.
One floor up, you’ll find the bar– a slightly moodier, yet still tasteful and well‑designed space. Here you’ll find both a KRISTALL glass freezer and a bar refrigerator from Haglund, also in the same unified, polished finish as the wine displays.
